Aeroprobe Intern, May 2015 – September 2015
o Automation of calibrations for micro air data computers controlled from a LabVIEW interface via comments sent through serial RS232 connections. The system previously was entirely manual.
o Exterior hardware required power system designed from external power supply, relays, and AC adaptors.
o Relays were driven by a NI digital I/O board that was commanded via LabVIEW.
o Worked closely with sales team to produce design requirement summaries and respond to request for infos.
o Assembled and calibrated micro air data computers to customer requirements.
AVID LLC Co-Op, August 2014-December 2014.
o Worked on integration of optical flow sensors and lighting systems into UAV platforms to enhance autonomous flight for reconnaissance in dark environments.
o Developing hardware including the design and manufacturing of carbon fiber safety rings.
GE Aviation Co-Op, June 2013-August 2013
o Developed software to operate engine airflow software and check for bugs as source code was changed.
o Program was executed from Jenkins/Hudson online continuous integration system.
Virginia Tech Deans Research Assistant, June 2014-Ongoing
o Building a platform for POV tours with Google Glass technology to be streamed to prospective students.
Anderson Racing Intern: Dec 2011-Jun 2012
o Designed and fabricated a 1 to 20 scale metal racecar.
o Developed metal manufacturing skills including welding.
o Understood the processes and timelines a shop must adhere to for manufacturing products for customers.
Space Frontier Foundation, July 2013 – Present
o NewSpace 2015 Silicon Valley day manager, assistant to director of Congressional Advising, creator and chief editor of Space Policy Update Newsletter. All volunteer work exceeding 400+ hours.

o 1st place 2013 Region-I in category of Outreach on behalf of ATEx.
